In Kinmore, more than 70 QC specialists who utilize 110-plus testing devices like FMEA and PPAP, administer a battery of tests including material incoming test, 100% inspection on line, packing vibration, and outing inspection before delivery.

Incoming Material Control

For all the materials and parts we’ve got from our supplier, we make a battery of inspections like the dimensions, strength, hardness, roughness, etc. And we have the AQL standards to ensure the precision and reliability of the finished products.

Components Precision Control

During the design and production, we have multiple precision-control tools to guarantee the precision of the components. These high precision tools are top-class in the motor industry and keep being updated to date.

Process Control

While in the assembly line, the motor parts like rotor, stator, commutator, and back cover are subjected to a series of 100% on-line inspections. And the operators are taking self-test and quality control with the first inspection and shift inspections.

Outgoing Control

Kinmore performs packaging vibration testing and shipping inspections according to the AQL standard to ensure that the packaging is in good condition. Standard outgoing control assures the secure delivery of the products even through long-distance transportation
